Before you begin the registration process, you will need to scan OR take a picture of the required proofs/documents; Student birth certificate, Tennessee Shot Record and Physical and Current Report Card/Transcript. Then save those to your computer, phone, or tablet. You will need these files to fully complete the registration process.
Acceptable Proofs of Residency:
Shared Residency Affidavit
Out of District Transfer Approval Letter
Military Housing Letter
Lease/Rental Agreement
Current MLGW bill
Current Municipal water bill
Valid Driver's License or State ID
Most Recent Public Assistance/Gov't Benefits Form
Real estate tax receipt
Mortgage statement or deed
