Acceptable Proofs of Residency
In order to complete the registration process for the 2025-2026 school year, ALL students will be required to upload TWO proofs of residency. This year the proofs have been broken down into two groups, Group A and Group B. We will accept two proofs from Group A or one proof from Group A and one proof from Group B. Two proofs from Group B will NOT be accepted.
Group A
- Current Lease Agreement
 - Mortgage Statement/Deed
 - Real Estate Tax Receipt
 - 25-26 Approved Shared Residency Affidavit (counts as two)
 - Out of District Approval Letter (counts as two)
 - Military Housing Lease (counts as two)
 
Group B
- Valid TN Driver’s License
 - Current MLGW Bill
 - Current Millington Water Bill
 - Current Public Assistance/Government Benefits Letter
