Millington Municipal Schools is offering FREE COVID-19 testing for any Millington Municipal School student or staff member.
Parents can request COVID Testing for their student by calling 901-873-5924.
Parents must complete and sign permission for testing.
- Parents will be given a date/time that their student can be tested at their student’s school.
- School Nurse will come to parent’s car to administer test.
- Parent will be notified of test results upon receipt from lab (24 hours.)
IF STUDENT IS AT SCHOOL AND YOU HAVE BEEN CONTACTED TO PICK THEM UP:
- You will be asked if you would like your student to be tested. If so, you must complete and sign permission form.
- School Nurse will come to your car to provide form for signature and perform test.
- Parent will be notified of test results upon receipt from lab (24 hours.)
